  • The membership fee is non-refundable and subject to change at the company’s discretion.
  • Membership is valid for life time from the date of purchase and will be revised annually.

  • Discounts on hotel bookings, travel services, and event assistance are applicable only through Eventkepers and its partner vendors.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or third-party deals.
  • Travel and hotel discounts may vary based on availability, seasonality, and partner policies.

    • Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings must be made through the official Eventkepers platform or customer support team.
  • Cancellation policies for hotels, flights, and events will follow the respective vendor's policies.
  • Eventkepers is not responsible for cancellations, rescheduling, or delays by third-party service providers.

    • Membership Usage & Limitations

  • Members must provide a valid ID to avail of membership benefits.
  • Membership benefits are for personal use only and cannot be resold or misused.
  • Misuse or fraudulent activities will result in immediate membership termination without a refund.
